0303 Construction was founded by Jason Rickson on a simple bet: that homeowners would happily trade flash for follow-through. Headquartered in Pacifica and working out of our office at 640 Natoma Street in San Francisco, we’ve grown the old-fashioned way — one referral at a time.
We specialize in custom residential construction, home additions, and architectural renovations, with a steady sideline in commercial buildouts and experiential projects. The common thread is craft: tight tolerances, honest schedules, and job sites we’re proud to walk clients through mid-build.
We’re an active CSLB-licensed General Building Contractor, fully bonded and insured, and we consistently rank in the top percentiles among California general contractors. But the rating we care most about is whether you’d hand our number to your best friend.
